Give the Gift of Culture

Image

What distinguishes New York as well as New Yorkers is our passion for culture, across the widest range of artistic platforms.  We are privileged to partner with the finest collection of cultural institutions.  Each organization is driven by passionate leaders, inspired artists, dedicated staff and loyal supporters.

They are family for us, and we are pleased to share them with you.

The perfect holiday gift is one that gives back year round (a membership), brings joy to other New Yorkers (supporting a cultural initiative), enriches your life (a show, concert or performance) and doesn’t take up any space in a NY apartment!

Oh, how amazing it is that giving is the best form of getting!

Bonus Gifts

Katchkie Farm

Katchkie Farm is Great Performances’ NOFA-certified organic farm in upstate New York. A source of inspiration and ingredients, it’s the product of close collaboration between Great Performances chefs and Katchkie Farm’s head farmer. Filled with delicious produce, the CSA is the perfect gift for a veggie lover and adventurous eater.

Museum of the City of New York

The Museum of the City of New York fosters understanding of the distinctive nature of urban life in the world’s most influential metropolis. It engages visitors by celebrating, documenting, and interpreting the city’s past, present, and future.

Park Avenue Armory

Part palace, part industrial shed, Park Avenue Armory fills a critical void in the cultural ecology of New York, supporting unconventional works in the performing and visual arts that cannot be fully realized in a traditional proscenium theater, concert hall, or white wall gallery

Wildlife Conservation Society

Founded in 1895 as the New York Zoological Society, the Wildlife Conservation Society was one of the first conservation organizations in the U.S. The Society began with a clear mandate: Advance wildlife conservation, promote the study of zoology, and create a first-class zoo. In fact we have five: the Bronx Zoo, Central Park Zoo, Queens Zoo, Prospect Park Zoo, and New York Aquarium.

We support these fabulous non-profit organizations who strengthen our communities year round.

DREAM School

Originally founded as Harlem RBI, DREAM traces its beginnings to 1991, when a group of volunteers transformed an abandoned, garbage-strewn lot into two baseball diamonds for the youth of East Harlem. Over three decades later, we serve thousands of children across East Harlem and the Bronx through a network of free, extended-day, extended-year DREAM Charter Schools and community-based youth programs.

GrowNYC

GrowNYC is a leading 501(3)(c) environmental nonprofit in NYC. We touch the lives of more than 3 million New Yorkers by providing essential sustainability services and opportunities to make NYC a greener city. One where every New Yorker can enjoy a healthier, more sustainable life. Our mission is to empower all New Yorkers with equitable access to fresh, locally grown food, neighborhood green spaces, and care for the environment.

Open House New York

Open House New York promotes broad, unparalleled access to the city—to the places, people, projects, systems, and ideas that define New York and its future. Through our year-round programming, including the annual OHNY Weekend festival, OHNY offers a citywide platform for education, exploration, and engagement about the connections between quality of place and quality of life for all New Yorkers.

Public Housing Community Fund

The Public Housing Community Fund enhances opportunities and quality of life for NYCHA residents while uplifting the importance of public housing in our city. Our mission is to engage people and partners to invest in transformative programs that enhance the lives of over 500,000 residents across NYCHA communities.
