Our Food

Great food begins with great ingredients.

Our chefs draw from the seasons, New York’s global foodways, and the harvests from our own 60-acre organic Katchkie Farm in the Hudson Valley. From May through October, up to 30% of the produce used in our kitchens comes directly from our farm, grounding our menus in the rhythm of the season.
