For more than 40 years, Great Performances has been a leading catering and hospitality company in New York City, producing corporate events, cultural galas, weddings, and private celebrations across the city. Our chefs create seasonal menus while our planning and service teams deliver events with disciplined execution and genuine hospitality.
Our Food
Great food begins with great ingredients.
Our chefs draw from the seasons, New York’s global foodways, and the harvests from our own 60-acre organic Katchkie Farm in the Hudson Valley. From May through October, up to 30% of the produce used in our kitchens comes directly from our farm, grounding our menus in the rhythm of the season.
