INGREDIENTS

PROCEDURE

  • ½ Tea-Infused Syrup

  • 2 oz. of Dalmore 12yr Scotch

  • 4 Dashes of Barkeep Baked Apple Bitters

    Syrup Prep

    • ½ oz. The Des Amants Tea

    • ½ oz. Sugar

  1. Muddle orange and cheery, build on ice, shake, pour into rock glass on fresh ice cubes, garnish with cinnamon stick.
