The 2nd floor auditorium features dynamic elevations with floor-to-ceiling windows that create an open-air atmosphere and provide a comfortable setting for all event stylings. The expansive architectural concept is enhanced by cinema-style audio & video systems, theatrical lighting and a state-of-the-art catering kitchen. Total Square Footage: 11,000.

The 3rd floor conference center offers flexibility in use, either for a cocktail party or conferencing with multiple breakout rooms. The magnificent double-story Lounge peers up Irving Place with spectacular views of the Union Square streetscape and the Chrysler Building. The entire space is equipped with conferencing technology to meet your audiovisual requirements for any event. Total Square Footage: 9,000.
