Dobbin St is a tailored event space offering full event production services. Centrally located in Williamsburg, steps away from picturesque McCarren park, the venue combines 8,900 sq of indoor and outdoor spaces. A transformed Brooklyn factory that exudes a minimalist and luxury feel.


Specializing in beautifully curated weddings and experiential corporate events, Dobbin St offers carefully curated packages as well as a team of experienced planners and event designers who are ready to take your event to the next level.


Our clients have use of 4,250 sq ft of internal space and a 750 sq ft dedicated client mezzanine which includes a private suite and lounge. One flight up is a 3,000 sq ft rooftop terrace boasting stunning Manhattan skyline views. Right under our iconic Yves blue staircase is where you will find our hidden gem which is a 900 sq ft courtyard that completes the space.

The 3,250 square ft main space has 22 ft vaulted ceilings, oversized windows, and a minimalist aesthetic. Rows of dimmed drop lights hang from the exposed, industrial ceilings offering your wedding or event a soft glow. Bose surround sound speakers are built in to provide excellent sound for your band or DJ.

The 3,000 sq ft terrace is lush with greenery and natural wood. It is complete with surround sound, string lights overhead, and stunning Manhattan skyline views.

A 750 sq ft dedicated client mezzanine level provides a private suite with an en-suite bathroom, and a lounge complete with couches, coffee tables and floor-to-ceiling windows.
