The Annex and Spacious Studios are some of the most elegant event spaces in downtown NYC, located in the heart of Manhattan, just steps from Union Square. Offering 4 different loft spaces, all breathtaking with high ceilings and beautiful windows offering phenomenal daylight, and many other amenities, including sound system, WIFI, AV equipment, and much more. Spacious Studios 1 & 2 and the Annex and Loft can be rented separately or combined.

The Annex

The Annex is a 3800+ sq ft loft with high ceilings, a mezzanine loft, and AV equipment, is the perfect canvas to be transformed into your next dream event, corporate meeting, photo and film shoot, fashion show, performance, and more. It can be combined with the Sixth Floor Loft to create a spacious 4800+ sq ft space.

Spacious studios 1 is a breathtaking 3000 SQFT loft with 15’ ceilings, exposed brick wall, phenomenal daylight, and many other amenities, including sound system, wifi, AV equipment, in house furniture, a catering kitchen and much more. Our 2 studios (Spacious 1 & 2) can be rented together or separately.

Spacious studios 2 is a breathtaking 2000SQFT loft with 15’ ceilings, exposed brick wall, phenomenal daylight, and many other amenities, including sound system, wifi, AV equipment and much more. Our 2 studios can be rented separately or combined.

The Sixth Floor Loft is a 1200 sq ft loft, elegantly furnished, and with AV capability that is the perfect location to host your next intimate dinner party, press event, shower or cocktail event. The Loft has a limited availability.
