This September, Great Performances is bringing together the harvest of Katchkie Farm and the talents of our Chefs’ Choir® for a one-night culinary experience celebrating the people, produce, and passion behind every meal.
Inspired by the season’s peak harvest, this intimate dinner will showcase exceptional ingredients grown at our NOFA-certified organic farm in Kinderhook, New York, prepared by chefs from across the Great Performances culinary team. Throughout the evening, Farmer Jon Ronsani will share the story of Katchkie Farm and the journey from field to table.

About Katchkie Farm
Katchkie Farm is Great Performances’ NOFA-certified organic farm in Kinderhook, New York. During the growing season, up to 30% of the produce used across our kitchens comes directly from the farm, where regenerative growing practices, seasonality, and stewardship shape every harvest.
